THE PROJECT
The Brief
James and Sara approached us with a clear goal: to breathe new life into their tired London SW17 property and create a spacious, modern home that could grow with their expanding family.

The Challenge
The brief meant reimagining every part of the house — extending outwards and upwards, restructuring the roof and reworking the internal flow of both floors, all while preserving the character of a period property.
Before
The house was tired throughout, with a layout that no longer suited a growing family.
OUR APPROACH
Bradley’s Solution
We designed and delivered a comprehensive extension and renovation programme: a striking single-storey rear extension showcasing three elegant arched doors that flood the new living space with light, a first-floor rear extension, and a fully restructured roof accommodating two additional bedrooms and a stylish new bathroom.
The Build
Alongside the extensions and roof restructure, we carried out a complete internal reconfiguration of the ground and first floors to improve flow and functionality, plus a full refurbishment of the basement and external envelope.
The Finished Results
The property has been transformed into a true showpiece of contemporary family living — arched glazing, premium finishes and a home beautifully reimagined for modern life.
OUTCOME
The Results
For James and Sara, the finished result was a bright, welcoming family home — and they were genuinely thrilled with the extra space and light. Now they have 2 more bedrooms and 1 extra bathroom created through the roof restructure, a light-filled rear extension with three arched doors, and a complete internal reconfiguration plus basement and external refurbishment — leaving them delighted with a space that finally fits the way they want to live.
