The Plan
The project centres on a contemporary single-storey rear extension with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living arrangement. A vaulted ceiling, rooflights and glazed gable maximise daylight, while folding doors connect the interior with the garden.

The Finished Results
The completed extension provides a bright, contemporary space with a generous kitchen island, integrated appliances, dining and seating areas, and continuous herringbone-style flooring.
The vaulted ceiling and triangular glazing above the garden-facing folding doors create a sense of height and openness, with a wide connection to the outdoor space.
