THE PROJECT
The Brief
Our clients in Raynes Park instructed us to carry out an extensive upgrade of their property: a large rear extension and a loft conversion, which eventually grew to include a refurbishment of the existing property too.

The Challenge
The family needed dramatically more usable living space — room for cooking, dining, relaxing and the kids’ play — without losing natural light in a deeper floor plan.
Before
OUR APPROACH
Bradley’s Solution
We designed a large rear extension with anthracite grey bifold doors and windows coupled with four electric Velux rooflights, so the deeper footprint would be flooded with natural light — and paired it with a loft conversion to add a private retreat upstairs.
The Build
The rear extension added a huge amount of living space — enough room for a beautiful new kitchen, dining area, TV and sofa space and a playroom for the kids — while the loft was converted into a luxurious new room, and the existing property was refurbished throughout.
The Finished Results
The result is a stunning, light-filled area for the whole family to come together, with the luxurious new loft room the perfect sanctuary for Mum & Dad to escape the kids!
OUTCOME
The Results
The project delivered a large rear extension creating a true open-plan family hub — with space for a new kitchen, dining area, TV/sofa zone and a dedicated playroom — finished with anthracite bifolds and four electric Velux rooflights to flood the deeper footprint with natural light. Upstairs, the loft conversion added a private parents’ retreat, and the existing property was fully refurbished to bring the whole home up to the same standard.
