The Brief
Our clients in the leafy suburb of Surbiton wanted to significantly extend and modernise their home — adding bedrooms, a standout loft space and a smarter street presence.

The Challenge
Delivering extra space on three fronts — a subtle front extension, a first-floor side extension and an entirely new roof — while keeping the whole property looking cohesive.

OUR APPROACH
Bradley’s Solution
We designed a subtle front extension creating a new oak-lined porch and larger garage, and used a first-floor side extension with two new bedrooms as the foundation for a brand new roof with giant picture dormers.
The Build
The new roof structure made room for a stunning full-width loft room complete with en-suite. Other works included external render renovation and roof renovation to the existing rear extension.
The Finished Results
The full-width loft room with its giant picture dormers and en-suite looks like it has come straight out of the pages of a glossy magazine — the crowning feature of a comprehensively upgraded home.
OUTCOME
The Results
The project delivered a major upgrade in both space and presence: two new bedrooms from the first-floor side extension, a full-width loft room with an en-suite created under a brand new roof with giant picture dormers, a subtle front extension forming an oak-lined porch and larger garage, plus external render and roof renovations to bring the whole home together — leaving the couple delighted with a magazine-worthy finish and a house that now fits the way they want to live.
