The Plan
Alex and Laura purchased their home in London SW17 with a clear vision: to create a warm, functional, and beautifully designed space for their growing family. With two young children in mind, they aspired to transform the property into a long-term home that balanced style with everyday practicality.
Following an in-depth design and planning process that extended over several months, we were brought on board to deliver a full-scale renovation. The project encompassed a striking ground-floor rear extension, built in characterful face brickwork to complement the existing architecture, as well as extensive internal reconfiguration to optimise flow and natural light.
Inside and out, the home underwent a complete transformation. From updated layouts and high-quality finishes to thoughtful design details, every element was considered to reflect the family’s needs and aesthetic. The result is a beautifully cohesive home that will serve Alex, Laura, and their children for many years to come.

The Build
Alex & Laura purchased their property in London SW17 with a dream of creating a beautiful family home for themselves and their two children.
The extensive design and planning phase took longer than anticipated and it was almost a year later that they instructed us to commence an extensive remodel.
Works included a stunning face brickwork ground floor rear extension, internal reconfigurations and internal / external renovation.
