Dan & Katie purchased this property over 10 years ago with a dream of turning it into a beautiful family home in the UK for themselves and their three children. However, the couples demanding careers and work commitments kept the family overseas and time restraints coupled with distance meant that their plans for the house had to be shelved and the property rented out.

After a decade of things 'getting in the way' they decided it was high time to turn their dreams into reality and asked us to carry out an extensive remodel of the tired old house and create something special for the family to return to.

We were, of course, happy to help and knowing that this project had been such a big, seemingly unobtainable goal for the family for such a long time made us want to turn their plans into reality all the more!

Works included a part single, part double rear extension, loft conversion and full renovation of the entire property. This was made all the more challenging with the homeowners living in the United Arab Emirates as all communication had to be carried out via our BBS Owner Site and had to take time differences into consideration.

After a gruelling 10 months (a timeline which was set by the clients as they were due to return to the UK) we managed to get the scope of project completed - as well as an extra Garden office that Dan was keen to add in!
